At The Fertility Show in Manchester, the Let’s Talk Fertility Stage covered a range of topics focusing on support and the importance of looking after yourself from the inside out.
It was a great opportunity for me to speak to a wide range of experts talking about how it’s OK to talk about fertility, about what to do at work, the importance of looking after your nutrition, your mental health and your relationship. All the while knowing your options if you are faced with what to do after treatment doesn’t work.
