Depression and antidepressant medication use is prevalent in women of reproductive age. Evidence is conflicting regarding antidepressant exposure and miscarriage risk. Therefore, using prospective data on pregnancy and loss from a cohort of women in the Effects of Aspirin in Gestation and Reproduction Trial, we assessed the association between preconception-measured antidepressant exposure and time to pregnancy, pregnancy loss, and live birth.
