EP 121: Fertility Coach Sarah Banks quit her job to help others.

My guest Sarah Banks is a fertility coach who decided to quit her stressful job having experienced a real drop of in the support offered to people going through fertility treatment, after a failed cycle.

Sarah and her husband spent six years dealing with infertility before having her first child. She decided to leave her job and  fertility and retrain to become a Fertility Coach and Mentor. She also works with fertility professionals to enhance their patient experience and success rates by helping them understand how patients feel and the emotional support they need.

Sarah has set up support groups, helping ladies going through IVF and struggling with infertility, to help them break out of the overwhelm and negative cycle that infertility causes, to help them feel stronger and more emotionally stable, so their chances of getting pregnant are higher and the journey is less traumatic.

After experiencing first hand that there is little emotional support for those struggling with infertility, Sarah set up two online and face-to-face support groups to give people a safe space to talk about how they feel. Here free Facebook group is called Surviving Infertility. It is a closed group that offers support and advice, and we welcome anyone that is struggling with infertility or going through fertility treatment.
